Introduction
Hello — I’m Yunfang, a Master ADC main. This guide focuses on Standard ADC Yunara with two flexible build paths. Yunara rewards auto-attack spacing, ramp-up time and scaling — this guide emphasizes massive DPS and teamfight presence while remaining compact and easy to read.

Pros / Cons
Pros
• Insane multi-target DPS once stacked
• Amazing scaling with Lethal Tempo + Runaan's
• Strong waveclear and siege
• Becomes unkillable front-to-back in late game
Cons
• Difficult laning phase
• Needs peel against divers/assassins
• Requires ramp time with Lethal Tempo and Q
• Struggles vs heavy poke lanes

Runes
Lethal Tempo — Core and only rune page. Perfect synergy with Runaan's bolts, Kraken procs, and Yunara’s passive scaling. No other keystone comes close.
Secondary: Precision (Presence of Mind + Legend: Alacrity) → Resolve (Second Wind + Revitalize) or Domination vs assassins.

Summoner Spells
Flash + Barrier — Default choice for extra survivability in lane and fights. Effective during lethal trades in lane.
Flash + Cleanse — Mandatory vs heavy CC (Leona, Nautilus, Ashe, etc.).
Flash + Ghost — Great for extra mobility in fights and chasing down enemies. Perfect for when you need more kiting and positioning control.

Skill Order
Max order: Q → E → W
Start Q every game → take W level 2 for trading → E at 3 for mobility/safety.

Items
Starting Doran's Blade + Health Potion
Build 1 — Standard (vs champions who you can DPS reliably against)
Kraken Slayer Runaan's Hurricane Infinity Edge or Lord Dominik's Regards (swap order) → Situational 5th
Build 2 — HP/Tank Shredder (e.g threat Mundo, Sion, Cho'Gath)
Blade of the Ruined King Phantom Dancer Lord Dominik's Regards Infinity Edge → Situational 5th
Boots Berserker's Greaves every game unless there is a good reason to buy e.g steelcaps instead (enemy team lots of assassin AD champs).
Situational 5th/6th
Mercurial Scimitar (heavy CC) • Bloodthirster (sustain + shield) • Guardian Angel (vs burst) and etc

Gameplay — Compact Phase Guide
Early Game
Farm safely with your 575 attack range (traditional ADCs have 550 range). Use W to poke/trade back. You can use W to help set up your jungle for easy ganks.
Mid Game
After Kraken + Runaan's you clear waves within seconds. Shove a lane where your team is near (usually midlane) and follow your jungler/support. You can play far up enough to bait enemy team to engage, use ult, re-engage/re-position with your team.
Late Game
Full build + Lethal Tempo stacked = highest DPS carry in the game. Stay alive, let your team engage, then melt everything with Runaan's Hurricane + Kraken Slayer procs.

Tips & Tricks
• Runaan's bolts apply on-hit effects (Kraken, BoRK, Wits End, etc.). This means if you hit 3 targets with one auto, you'll always proc Kraken Slayer's passive with each auto attack. This only occurs when you press Q.
• E (Kanmei’s Steps) resets auto timer — use E → instant auto for burst.
• Never facecheck bushes without vision — you are priority target late game.
• If you use E and W and then you use ult, it will put your empowered E and W on a 3-second cooldown.

Combos
Full Ramp Combo E (dash in) → AA ×3-4 (stack LT) → R → Q-empowered autos → melt entire team
Trade Combo W → AA → Q → AA → E out
Chase/Kite E forward → W → R → E → AA → AA → W (W when empowered W is back up). Alternatively you can also hold the W as a snipe or just to kite if they turn back.

When to Use Yunara Q
Yunara Q functions similarly to Ashe Q. It needs to be stacked with your regular auto-attacks. 8 stacks are needed to activate your Q.
- **Minions/Monsters**: 1 stack per auto attack
- **Enemy Champions**: 2 stacks per auto attack
The empowered Q deals bonus magic damage, and the wind-up animation is significantly faster. The Q spreads between the area it hits, similar to Ryze’s E + Q combo (you’ll recognize the interaction if you’ve played Ryze).
- **On-Hits**: Apply to all targets (less effective on those the Q spreads to).
- **Minion Damage**: The spread damage will deal extra damage to minions below 30% HP.
**Important**: Yunara Q is an attack reset. This means you should ideally press Q right after a regular auto attack to refresh the attack cooldown, maximizing your damage in that time frame.
**Effective Usage**: The way you use Yunara Q in lane depends on the matchup. Against melee supports, you can hit them more often than ranged supports. This allows you to alternate between minions and champions to raise your stack count. Using Q early in the laning phase can secure trades if you can activate it before the second wave arrives.
**Pro Tip**: Always try to hit something to prevent stacks from falling off. Stacks fall off one at a time, so you have flexibility in how you manage them. A good Yunara will be aware of and manage her stacks effectively.

When to Use Yunara W
Yunara W is a 99% decaying slow. This is your staple tool in the laning phase for poke, repositioning, and setting up ganks.
- **Poke/Trade**: If the enemy stays in your W too long, they can eat up to 100 magic damage at level 1.
- **Pass Through Minions**: The W passes through minions in the wave. You can use it to last-hit a minion and have it hit the enemy.
**Empowered W**: When ulting, the W becomes a beam with a 99% decaying slow and provides vision. It can also be used for wave-pushing if you’ve ulted beforehand.
**Gank Setup**: If your jungler is waiting for you to push the wave in, you can use empowered W to assist them in collapsing on the enemy.

When to Use Yunara E
Yunara's E makes her ghosted and increases her movement speed for 1.5 seconds. The movement speed boost is enhanced when moving toward an enemy champion, similar to Vayne’s passive.
- **Gap Closer**: You can use this ability while auto-attacking or to quickly move toward an enemy to use W and tag them with your 99% decaying slow.
**Empowered E**: It’s important to hold this ability when ulting unless absolutely necessary. Using it carelessly can get you killed easily, as it has a 9-second cooldown.
- **Terrain Jumping**: Use this ability to jump over terrain to escape or chase enemies during your ult.

When to Use Yunara R
Yunara's R is active for 15 seconds, and during this time, her E dash speed and W damage are increased.
- **Ult Timing**: Use your ult to position yourself for maximum DPS or to quickly escape a bad situation.
- **Q Synergy**: Your Q is permanently on for the 15 seconds while ulted, meaning you don’t need to stack Q anymore during that time. This allows you to apply high DPS with your Q without worrying about stack management.
