Katarina Guide

I wonder if I verified my account and posted ranked stats I can make any **** guide I publish soar to 96%.
Items - Good, could be a lot less messy though.
Runes - The most common rune build for Kat
Masteries - Good
Skill Sequence - Popular, but technically incorrect. It isn't wrong per se, but maxing Q first is better.
GUIDE:
Pitifully short. Seriously, archive this right now and finish it. Little to no coding, no use of things like columns or dividers, and atrocious spelling.
In the many months I have vowed to never vote down another Katarina guide, this is the first exception, and hopefully the only one. Every Kat guide I've came across at least had a better actual guide, but little effort receiving 71%? I don't tolerate that at all. There are Kat guides out there below 50% that are better quality than this.
