Since kindred really shines when she is able to stack, its really important to have certain jungle route against certain champions. For example If you are going against an early game jungler such as Lee Sin you might wanna avoid fighting for a scuttle with him because his Q does a lot of damage in this patch(8.15). To avoid a skirmish with any hard jungle champ or champions that you find annoying such as shaco you might wanna drop a ward in their jungle at the start of the game so you can decide which camps to start with.

In this current patch (8.15) the best keystone is Press the Attack.
