Rek'Sai will struggle vs a good Kindred as she can kite very easily. Her ultimate can also deny kills and leave you stranded when you int R in for a kill.
Champion Build Guide
Rek'Sai is currently one of my favourite champions because I like her playstyle as she is a strong early game fighter that is uncontested by pretty much any other Jungler. Rek'Sai gives you the ability to stomp an early game and snowball yourself to an easy win.
I like her kit alot, especially Void Rush because I enjoy watching people try to flash away from it. She has solid CC and a lot of burst for a bruiser. Conqueror allows Rek'Sai to be a monster in teamfights and shred tanks with the rune and her Furious Bite also. She is also alot of fun to play.
In this guide I will introduce you to her abilities, her pros and cons, her pathing, how to gank/combo with her and some small tips to perfect your gameplay. So make sure to read on :).
I have a twitch account that I try to stream on, if you prefer watching people play the champ instead of reading guides, come watch me play her! https://www.twitch.tv/kalam_
This is my one of my first ever guides so if it is abit noob please be nice. I plan on keeping this guide updated and making more guides on Sejuani, Graves, Gragas, Ekko, Kindred and many more. I have summer holiday soon so I shall make it my goal to complete them all by then.

Red buff at botside
Red Buff -> Smite Krugs -> Raptors (Hit level 3) -> Blue Buff -> Get vision/Gank while waiting for Rift Scuttler to spawn -> Take Rift Scuttler -> Look for gank again... If no gank go and clear Gromp and Wolves then reset so you can go to red side to get your red side camps.
Blue buff at botside
Blue Buff -> Wolves -> Red Buff -> Krugs (Hit level 3) -> Look for gank top -> Take Rift Scuttler -> Look for gank mid -> Raptors
I would recommend that when you are heading to scuttle I would slightly invade the enemy Jungle to put down a ward so you can see what camps have been taken and what haven't. This will give you a good insight on where the Jungler probably is. It will also allow you to see the enemy jungler and prepare for them to contest the Rift Scuttler .
Once you have knocked him/her up you want to AA and then Q as soon as the AA is done and then get another AA off. You will then Furious Bite as you have max fury and will deal bonus true damage. If you have Void Rush then you will then use it if you think you can kill the target. Void Rush is also very good as it helps you catch up to them if they dash/flash away.
Unburrow -> AA -> Queen's Wrath AA -> Titanic Hydra AA -> Furious Bite
You can use your ult to follow up on the kill if they get away.
This combo will depend on how fast you can do your auto attack resets, so make sure to practice as you will be rewarded.
