This is a fun build! Building ROA gives you extra defense while maintaining a healthy early game ap and tear lets you spam spells like crazy without have to worry about mana. The only weakness this build has is it's early game. It can be difficult to keep up your economy and purchase your scaling items.

Veigars laning phase is extremely underrated. His q shouldn't be just used for last hitting. Take ever opportunity to punish your opponent whenever they aren't in minion cover. Also to make sure to line up low health minions with your laner so you can get extra stacks and damage. Against assassins,once you have a cat, play aggressive whenever you can. They usually always take fights with you without thinking and will almost 100% of the time lose those fights. You may have to worry about jg ganks so buy early pinks and deep ward so you aren't caught off by surprise. If your feeling confident, take 1v2s while playing around your box. NEVER flash unless absolutely necessary. Using your flash will leave you with no escape options for 6 minutes and gives the enemy jg time to farm you for kills.

Your one shot ability only comes later in the game, so you should never think your stronger than you are. Take abjectives with your team backing you up. If you see a drag up that you can get, ping it a few times and use your teammates. In solo Q, you gonna need to convince your team its a good call. If you play the obj, you win games. even if your falling behind. Pushing the enemy team to make bad decisions and fight on your turf makes you stronger. Using your stun box on a group of enemies will always either force flashes or get kills. If your having trouble with taking jg objs, look for towers instead and try to get your economy as high as possible.
