If you wanna play roaming Galio, mostly you'd wanna shove your wave and look to roam and make plays with your jungler or gank side lanes. You don't necessary have to always use teleport or your ultimate to roam but you can use them to counter gank easily. Galio is built to roam easily with his kit, by shoving waves you will have prio to make plays else where. In this way you won't have to play rough lane match up and get your self ahead or your team mates ahead to win the game.

some people like to start with corrupting potion on Galio or even boots when you're running predator but I run Doran's ring and two pots 99% of the time ( boots with multiple pots is not a bad start if you're running predator ).

This would be the general build for Galio, Rocketbelt seems to do more dmg with magic pen passive but Everfrost is better when you're setting up for ganks or ganking other lanes ( extra cc to hold them longer ).

for boots, I usually go Sorcerer's shoes, especially if I'm big or the carry of the team. If enemy team is all ad I'd recommend buying plated Steelcaps. Ionian's boots is not bad either if you're running predator.

After my first back, usually I pick up Dark seal and boots ( if you have 1300 golds, just buy the lost chapter ).

if you need to buy anti heal item, I'd recommend just buying the Oblivion Orb after your first mythic Item ( I won't finish Morello until I have two mythic items, if you must build void staff asap, it's okay to finish Morello for 4th item ).

I'd usually build First mythic item then Zhoyna's hourglass for 2nd item, then build whatever is needed for rest of the games.

Galio after 6 gets weaker in 1vs1 but he's still pretty strong in early game. If you run ignite you will have opportunites to solo kill them even in lanes. Taeking ignite also helps you with 2vs2 situations with junglers. If you really wanna take ignite and play for yourself, instead of shvoing the wave, play the wave and focus on getting the enemy mid laner low.

I have tried most of the mythic items on Galio, Luden does most damage. If you ever feel like you wanna have fun, one punching everybody, try this build.

Ultimately Galio's power spike is early to mid game. So you'd want to make much plays as you can in the early toi mid game and try to close the game out before enemy team scales.
