Pretty much bullies Blitz non-stop in lane. Hard to kill. Will out farm you.
Only saving factor is he pushes you so much that he becomes free meat for any Jungler regardless of IQ.
Less useful then Blitz later.

Generally you don't want to have to buy anti-heal until later.

Hurts but can be played around.
Laning is rough.
