Introduction
Hey guys I'm a Master's/Grandmaster's Talon main in China, In this guide I am going to show you all the things about Talon;Including your combo's, laning phase ,and the Runes I take when I play Talon
Notes
I will always type down things you might want to know in the Notes for every build that I have posted
Updates
I will try to update daily but if I can I will still update it weekly
Playstyles
There are 2 different types of Talon playstyles for solo queue

1.Lane Dominance
You will get to see these types of playstyle more on the Korea/ China Servers where they don't really ever roam unless they are needed, they usually deny cs and xp with their W and 1 shot them if they are ahead enough

2.Roaming Playstyle
With this playstyle (which is more used by Talon players) You shove the wave and roam stay out of vision and give other lane pressure stay in brushes and avoid vision ( usually get pink ward and red trinket after you are in a position to roam.
The Crit Build
I saw this build when I was playing on the China Servers and decided to test it out and it turned out surprisingly good.

Reasons
1.It does not lack the damage of a normal Assasin or Bruiser build.
2.The components for building Galeforce is cheaper.

Pros:
1.You get extra mobility from buying Galeforce and can sometimes escape from
situations that the lethality or bruiser build can't.
2.You get a lot I mean a lot of CDR(Ability Haste) from this build.
3.You get better early game, even if you get poked down hard and need to back early
from lane you can get more components for this build than if you decided to build
lethality or bruiser.

Cons:
1.Even though cheap to get the components for the items the overall price of the
Crit build is 200 more gold (which is IMO a small price to pay)
2.You don't really have any armor pen so its hard to go against tankier comps

How to Build
1.Rush Galeforce
2.Depending on the enemy team comp if they have a decent amount of CC go Edge of Night as your second item , if they don't you can choose to go Essence Reaver
3.Build The Collectorthen as your last item build Navori Quickblades
Thoughts on Conqueror
A lot of players are currently using Conqueror currently, for me it depends on the matchup that I play, Personally, I don't really like to play Talon as a bruiser type champion because even though you still can one shot squishy champions its just not that fun for me in my opinion, But with that said, I still use Conqueror into some champions like Galio, Cho'Gath, Ekko, these are the champs that can burst you down but if they don't get to one shot you they will need to wait for their cooldowns before they can do anything again especially Galio
Champs that I ban when I'm playing Talon
Usually the champs that I ban are champs that I find frustrating to play against , I would rather ban those champs than ban a champ that counter's Talon as I can learn how to play against a counter matchup or use which runes.

The champs I ban are: Fizz, LeBlanc, Taliyah
The reasons of taking my Runes
The reason I go Arcane Comet in my games rather than Electrocute is because currently in the meta mages are stronger in my opinion and if a mage that is laning against a Talon they tend to play safer as the have longer range and can poke you down before you can even dish out any damage on to him or even proc Electrocute during laning phase and if you can't even proc the rune it is not really worth using it , but in my case I use Arcane Comet I can proc my rune every 20~25 seconds depending on my level (I can proc it by using Q,W,R) and in that case I can trade by dishing out 50 more damage rather than if the enemy plays safe and doesn't let me proc my Electrocute I can hit my W to get a Arcane Comet proc.
DuskBlade or Eclipse, and why
Duskblade of Draktharr or Eclipse , Personally I choose to get Eclipse than to get Duskblade of Draktharr because when you are playing talon you usually only do a few things when you fight. 1. During a 1v1 if you buy Duskblade of Draktharr you get extra damage on the first ability or AA , but after that that's it basically in a 1v1 situation ,and even if its a sudden 2v1 you get to go invis but you can practically just run away if you are decently low on health after the first kill; But if you got Eclipse rather than Duskblade of Draktharr you get a 100~250 health shield for a few seconds and if the fight takes a bit longer or even when you suddenly get into a 2v1 you can still win with a small shield to keep you alive a little bit longer to kill.

2.During teamfight's I still think that Eclipse is better than Duskblade of Draktharr because during teamfight's while you are playing Assasin Talon your job if to kill the backline and try to survive , and if you survie you can wait for your cooldowns and get back in to the teamfight; If you are using Duskblade of Draktharr you get in to the teamfight , get invis but you can't rejoin the teamfight because you are low on heslth . But if you decided to buy Eclipse instead of Duskblade of Draktharr you could go in kill someone while having your shield , get out while decently high on health , get back in and clean up

These are my reasoning for going Eclipse instead of Duskblade of Draktharr
