Do not forget that Zeal/Phantom Dancer gives you added movement speed. You buy two Zeal items in early game already. Plus, Tryndamere is made to kill or be killed, so running away is usually not an option. You can always use your E skill to march faster also if you really need to get out of there.

You will have no movement speed for so long, you won't be able to kill anyone or run from ganks. Have you tried this build ??
