I just end game with this build for fun and we won because I was the "tank" :D
Good for destroying at low-mid ELO. I enjoy it very much so.

Making ad' for your build won't help it, almost if it sucks like yours : random rune selection, AS based shaco (should be damage based, AP, or mix, AS comes late in AD builds 'cause you have to use deceive to its max potential).
Funny build, though quite known. But you really give good advices at the end (using box as wards is really underestimated or not made enought, or even using them for teleport summoner skill).
Have you thought about switching Glyphs of replenishment to CD reduction ? (the replenishment is really little and you have to farm golem so mana should not be an issue)
CD reduction is an good alternative instead for MP5, I had MP5 and not CD reduction when I made this build, thats why I choose it
