This is a camp/nuke shaco build.
Remember that cooldown reductions are very good when you stack up your boxes, so that it takes less time and ofc that you can have more stacked up at the same time.
When you have placed a stack of boxes, you should stay close to it in case someone walks into them. Because usually you need to do some extra damage with your outher spells aswell.
When I play AP Shaco, I make sure to buy a deathfire grasp as soon as possible. Because if you do the active spell together with Two-shiv poison, you can have a huge nuke even on distance.

Since your Hallucinate is based on AP too, it can do a high amount of damage when it explodes. A tip is to use your Hallucinate while hiding in the grass, and then walk out with only your clone and attack the enemy. Just make sure that the clone is very close to the target when it explodes.

As you can see I have gold per 10 sec in spec and runes, and it is because you dont lane very much which makes it difficult to farm gold.

This is a game I recorded while I was playing AP with Shaco. It is very bad quality I know, but it can give you a little picture of how amazing it is to play an Ability Power Shaco ;)
