Well all u should change is if its an ap team u should just get Mercury´s threads istead of ninja tabi and get Force of nature instead of thornmail.

just start with the blue golem and slay him with your cry and smite start to auto attack the small minions to death otherwise u might die.
after that u go to the wolf camp not far from golem slay them and use hp pot on all mob battles in the start. After uve killed the wolfes u should be heading to the whisps or what theyre called u have to use hp pot in this battle also and dont forget to use your tantrum spell.
when u have slain the whisps u should kill the 2 golems close to the bot/top lane.
after that u have to recall and get boots of speed and go get the lizard buff after that u can go around the map and kill jungle mobs untill you are lvl 6 than u can go gank.
