Teemo now gains a "stored mushroom" charge every 30/26/22 seconds. Maximum three charges

Teemo always has two charges stored upon reviving at base

Now i know some of you ask, why AP Teemo? AP Teemo is one of the most unique builds that require a lot of skill. Having being AP you have to depend solely on your abilities.
1.Teemo's blinding dart takes 80% of his ability power into play, resulting in mass damage on top of 260 Magic Damage
2.Move quick is self explanatory.
3.Toxic shot will be your main attack. Yes, only 14% of your AP will go into Toxic, but at 440 AP it will do 61 extra magic damage on top of 35 for 4 seconds = (35*4) + (61*4) equaling to about 384 magical damage per shot.
4.Noxious Trap - A great ability for an escape route, and random kills xD. Set up noxious traps all across the map in the brushes. You want to set up where they are most likely to escape, or vise versa. Since the release of the new patch (18.104.22.168), Teemo is able to carry 3 Traps at a time with a 30 second cooldown before reloading with a new trap. When Traps are placed, they only have 1 second cooldowns, giving you the advantage to setup multiple traps in a certain area. These Noxious Traps take 80% of your ability power, and turns it into magic damage when the Trap is hit. Maxing out your Noxious Trap with your AP will result in a lot of damage - 700 + 440*80% = 1052 Magic Damage. Yes, these are quite deadly and you will get plenty of random kills if you have your Traps set right.

-Magic pen. runes will help all your abilities do the full blown damage they were meant to do. Even tanks with a lot of MR will be dominated by your Toxic Shot and Mushrooms.
-Teemo relies heavily on his Noxious Traps. As a result he is left with very little mana every time he places 2 or more Mushrooms. You could go for the Golem Buff(blue) early to set your traps, but i recommend just buying some Mana Regen Seals.
-Cooldown Reduction Glyphs always come in handy.
Personally i like to start off with an Amplifying tomeand a Health Pot. Many of you will choose to start out with boots, but its really whatever you think will help you get the advantage in the beginning.
After having about 1200 - 1500 gold, recall back and start building maladywith Sorcerer shoes.
After Malady is completed start your Mejais. When you first get your Mejais start placing mushrooms throughout the map, top brushes, bottom brushes, and middle. You can even place it in the other teams jungle, dragon , and baron.
As you come across the map and get a few kills and have 1110 gold, recall and buy a Giant's Belt. Giant's belt will help you since Teemo has very low hp.
Next buy Rylai's. Rylai's Scepter will help greatly, giving 500 Health and 80 AP, it also gives your Blinding Dart a slow ability.
Up next is Nashor's Tooth. This item will give you bonus Attack Speed and Ability power, along with Cooldown Reduction and a little mana regen.
Last but not least is your Lich Bane. If you get a chance to build this item, it will be a great weapon in your arsenal. Adding 80 additional AP with Mana and MR. It will also grant Teemo to have an incredibly ridiculous damage output with its Unique Passive.
