This is a straightforward build for Ashe, useful for learning how to play as her while providing some regen and survivability along with damage.
You most likely will end up soloing mid. Focus more on last hitting than on harassing the other person, unless they keep stepping in range of volley. Try to stay in the lane as long as possible so that you hit level 6 quickly to be able to help out the side lanes.
Once you have the philosopher's stone and berserker greaves, you're able to start trying to set up some ganks with your team mates. Especially once you have your madred's and can easily grab a golem or lizard buff if no other team mates are well suited for them.
Once you finish the bloodrazor your attack speed should be high enough to keep someone permaslowed, along with doing good damage to everyone. Banshee's veil follows to give you some more health and a much needed spell shield to help you survive the initiating phase of team fights.
I don't expect most games to go beyond that phase of itemization, but if they do, the black cleaver provides some extra damage and armor penetration, and the bloodthirster puts your damage to use for healing you either inbetween fights or giving you that extra second or two of time you need to finish off someone in a team fight.
