The Spirit visage is really wasted because your Ultimate would heal more with a second revolver (revolver+gunblade stacks, and also, Revolver+gunblade+WotA stacks) and also, your damage is kind of low because of no magic pen and no CDR.
Not to mention your armor is way under your magic resist, and your resists should be pretty balanced, since most teams are pretty balanced between the ap/ad.
