Now first off this is just how i came to play singed, being i wasn't level 30 didn't have full runes or mastery's and just went off what i had seen and what i already had.

I'm not going to go very much depth into this guide because not only is it very situational, its all about your play style, if you feel like tweaking any parts of this build to more suit your play style feel free.

This is also my first build I'd love some criticism but don't bash me too much please.

Pros
Fast movement
Easy escapes
Lots of DoT damage
Able to fling champions into towers, or even save a teammate as he runs away
Able to slow after a fling with his slime pool
Can control lanes with poison
Passive makes stacking mana stack hp as well.

Cons
I feel as early game can be hard depending on your partner and who your laning against
I also feel once you get fed enough and start becoming fling at me bro the enemy may focus you to prevent you getting even better

For my quints I've only used flat hp but i would consider using flat mana as well

all other runes just happen to be what i had at the time, I'm thinking about changing them up but I've yet to test any other runes these have just worked for me well.

Again very situational but i always start off the same and just work my way to get all the items in my build. Whenever i have extra gold i always buy red and blue elixirs they will make a difference early game.

I always focus getting my poison up first and i just run around creep poisoning them like crazy including enemy champions, once you get your first catalyst it becomes real easy to stay mana efficient. Around level 5-8 i always start going for blue buff and other neutral creeps on my way its very easy to take them out and it equals money and xp, only time i might not, is if we have a jungle on our team.

Fling, slow and fling some more, pop your ulty ghost and when you get traped use cleanse, his survivability is just ridiculous with your ult on. Singed is an easy initiator being he can fling, slow and just nearly wont die, all while keeping your poison up it will get you kills just keep running around if you have golem buff you can keep your poison up indefinitely.

All in all, this is just my play style with singed normally come out on top, or at the least i consider my self a credit to my team, like i said much is situational and all can be tweaked to how you wish to play.
