Start At wolves, Then Wraiths, Then Golems, If u want want, You can go to there jungle and do the same 3, then head back,(if u dont u should have the money for madreds Either way) grab madreds, then go to blue, then wolves, wraiths then Red, then Golems, then grab vamp Specter, Now u should be able to do any route, and Gank when ever you feel the need...
