Hey fellow Sion players,

I have played Sion for a long time now and tried a lot of different build and ended up with this build that i made.
It is created to max Sion's AD combined with a good survivability.

First a list with the skills that Sion owns and the summoner skills that we use.



Summoner Skills:

Exhaust:
Blinds the target (100% miss chance) and slows its movement speed by 40% for 3 seconds.


Ghost:
Your champion ignores unit collision and moves 32% faster for 14 seconds.



Sion's skills:

Feel No Pain:
Sion has a 40% chance to ignore up to 30/40/50 damage each time he is attacked. The damage reduction is calculated before armor benefits are taken into account.


Cryptic Gaze
Blasts a single enemy, dealing 70 / 125 / 180 / 240 / 300 (+100% of ability power) magic damage and stunning for 2 seconds.

Cooldown 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds | Cost 100 mana | Range 550


Death's Caress
Sion surrounds himself with a shield which absorbs 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 / 320 (+100% of ability power) damage. If the shield is not destroyed in 10 seconds, it will explode, dealing 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 / 320 (+100% of ability power) magic damage to surrounding enemies.

Cast again after 4 seconds to manually detonate.

Cooldown 4 seconds | Cost 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 mana | Range 1


Enrage
Toggle: Increase Sion's damage by 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65, and he gains 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 maximum health per kill.

Cost 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 health | Range 1


Cannibalism
Grants Sion 50 / 75 / 100% lifesteal and 50% attack speed for 20 seconds, additionally Sion's attacks heal surrounding allies for 25 / 37.5 / 50% of damage dealt.

Cooldown 90 seconds | Cost 100 mana | Range 1



Early game:

(Starting Item: Boots + 3 HP pots)

Sion is a champ that has a great amount of AD if you up Enrage as fast as possible.
That's why we are gonna up it as second skill. (First skill will be Cryptic Gaze, because of its stunning)
With the potions you bought and a good use of your shield you can maximize your damage without loosing to much health. Your shield also makes it possible to turretdive early game. Time your attacks and get as many last hit's on minions to stack health.
(Notice: Also keep your map awareness to look for good ganks on a other lane to get gold more fast.)
When you recall for the first time you want to have atleast 1800g so you can buy your Beserker Greaves an Sheen.
With good timing and skill use you will already have a massive damage output in the first 15 min.


Mid Game:

(Items: Beserker Greaves - Sheen - Zeal/B.F. Sword)

We are entering mid game. Assuming that we have destroyed your lane's turret you have moved to a other lane. You are already enough damage output to be a big threat. (Be carefull, because of your stun you might be focussed as one of the first of your team)
First priority is to complete a Youmuu's Ghostblade followed by Warmogg and Trinity.
If you keep killing enough minions and pick your battles then it should be possible to complete 80% of these items before you enter Late Game.
(Tip: Use your shield to quickly farm big groups of minions)


Late Game:

(Items: Beserker Greaves - Youmuu's Ghostblade - Trinity Force - Warmog's Armor - B.F. Sword)

If the game hasn't ended already, then it's time to complete your build. First we want to complete a Black Cleaver. After that we are going for the Atma's Impaler to lay the finnishing touch. Your are a very dangerous team fight champion and a one vs one king. (If you are up against a lot of crit champions consider replacing Warmog's for a Thornmail.)
