This is a winning Sivir Build for Ranked Solo/Duo

Simply put :

Every item set needs to be used in it's right game otherwise it's usless and it loses alot of it's value and performance.

For example if your enemy has fast champs go with 'THE FLASH' set.

If they have slow tanks like ornn you can go for the 'Tank Destroyer' set as so on.

Tips for peak performance :

- Make sure to hit and move all time when fighting champion for peak sivir passive perf
- Never start rapidfire then phantom dancer when they have an early tanky jungler or when your enemy's bot is agressive
- Never use Boots of Swiftness unless your enemy team has ultra fast late game champions like lilia . kayle ...etc
- IF your enemy bot line is poking you with magic damage you can go for a lvl 2 E early for healing
- Nash buff on the enemy is very good for you when playing the 'Tank Destroyer' set.
-Lastly and the most important part is to always stay behind all your times for your damage will be ultra high specialy on anti tank sets therefore the enemy will take so much damage trying to reach you and most will die in the process so make sure to use that in your advantage.
- Always ban yumi or any late game fast champions that's always being picked in your ELO.
