You've said virtually nothing about how to play the champion for starters. you also seem to think you need cloth 5 pots on skarner... you realise bots 3 pots, regrowth, LL, and long sword all work fine... so why cloth armour?

I'm guessing you haven't trialed him much for jungle routes, since you only say...1...route and not much about it.

you should make your item build a lot clearer, I don't think wriggles is really useful at all on him, you might as well just rush sheen. Whats the logic behind your items when they give you less tankiness than other builds and less damage?
Why do you say in your jungling section to ignite the wraith? skarner can jungle without smite, let alone without ignite.

You might want to actually try a champion with a bit more than 1 or 2 builds before you think what your doing is really correct and publicise it.
