Just land every cleaver and you can very easily push back the other team

* Don't throw cleaver unless it will land at the start cause it costs a lot of HP.
* Use Burning Agony mainly to remove CC or late game in big teamfights.
* You can go into your jungle and take buffs using your cleaver if your lane is pushed.
* Your ultimate is very spammable. If you have less than 50% HP level 6-11 just use it. It's cooldown is very low and with blue buff incredibly low.
