First off you want to surprise gank the bottom lane very early. Preferably level 3 if not sooner. If you cannot manage the gank then you are going to want to farm a little while until you have upgraded deceive up to about level 3. Once deceive has reached level 3, that is then the point when you will want to start harassing your solo top lane nemesis, unless your opponent is a squishy champion like Veigar for example, then you can start harassing early. As well as harassing your enemy up top. You'll want to go down for a gank every now and then. Hardly ever will they expect it if you time it right. If it gets a little later in the game and neither you or your teammates have taken out a turret, try using hallucinate to quickly take out the turret w/out having the enemy know which of the two Shaco clones to attack. Lending to a quick and easy turret kill. Just keep this process up the whole game and you should be in good shape.
