This is just more of an build for Sona. I was making this because I'm tired of trying to tell people how I build my Sona. Now I can just show them!

Items

On my Sona build its all about support of others and feeding your carry. So I don't count on getting more then assist gold for kills. As such I pick gold per 10 items.

First thing to build into is a Philosopher Stone, Lucky Pick, Heart of Gold, and Boots of Speed. Those items will give you some starting regen, hp, and ap the point of that is of course to hold those for longer.
