Teemo was designed in my opinion as a hold and run fast character, this build makes it so you can kill the enemy in a quick kill, and run in for those quick ganks if you plz.

These items makes you spit fire at liighinht speed, and all them Guys runn, in the end you want two blood thirsters, two phantom dancers, one madreds bloodrazor, and one Nashors tooth, you can switch out the Nashors tooth at the way end for a frozen mallet if you plz.

Pros:
You kill extremely fast
Run really fast
Super fast poison

Cons:
Less support, and more squishyness

Team work is important here, I play mid with this type of build and switch off if im being hassled too much, being mid also helps later in the games because you are fighting and more mid, What you need to do here is have great mushroom placement, Instead of placing them for vision, i place them in two rows creating a lane for others to come and walk in too or a way to run back to the base more securely

Mushrooms mushrooms mushrooms, never stack mushrooms but never put them too far away from each other, These mushrooms will eventually be a lane saver late game. Around level 11 is when you should also be killing jungle spawns while helping out your lane as much as possible.
