PROS:
this build literally makes her the biggest aoe damage dealer in lane

with the essence reaver and full crit she has pretty much no shortage of mana and with runnans and super quick attack speed, she can unload up to three missiles with her q, this makes her invaluable in team fights, and gives her a very quick creep clear speed as well.

her super attack speed, high danage, and lifesteal mean she can solo dragon after she gets death dance, her aoe misssles can literally do thousands of damage onto minion lines or enemy champions which heal her up as well making her quite sustainable.

due to the essence reaver her cooldown reduction isnt at all shabby, she gets 20% cdr in total which is greate when spamming zap.

CONS:
Jinx, with this build is bloody slow, so she has to stay back at all times, and if her support dies or she's caught off guard, she is pretty much dead.

though she does a lot of crit damage her actual damage isn't very high, only about 230 extra damage come from the items and even with runes and masteries she only has about 260 extra damage, meaning her other abilities don't do as much damage as when you go full damage, this forces you to auto attack, and you really want to stay far behind.

this build is a load of fun, though quite expensive, if you like missiles, and unlimited mana, this build will be great.
