With Ryze you will have to be a very good harasser. WHen in range use his Overload often and when the enemy is about half life or lower then Flash in. Now, you have to decide Which skills to use. Think quickly b4 you flash if you flash, are you going to be in range for your Rune Prison to hit or not. If you are then you can skills combo Overload > Rune Prison > Spell Flux > Overload and ignite right after. If you aren't in Range make sure you Rune Prison > Overload > Spell Flux and u mite not be able to fit that last overload in but it all depends so yeah just have good combo and fast reaction and think fast.
