I've really enjoyed playing Vayne and a lot of the guides out there focus on her pure damage. Those builds are really good, but weren't fitting my playstyle very well. So I started to switch out some items and go for a more Movement Speed/Damage style. I've found this to be very successful in play as you're able to chase down most heroes when you combine this with her passive. If you like to be aggressive and chase down the kill then this might be the guide for you.

I like to use the Alacrity runes over the Resilience runes, but if you find yourself too squishy you can pick up the resilience runes

I throw Force of Nature into my build to make Vayne a little more tough to kill. It also increases her speed which is really the goal of this guide.

I go with Flash and Exhaust and it's good for getting the kill. Ghost is another viable option if you so choose.

The obvious Con of this is that you are giving up some pure damage for Vayne. So you may not hit as hard early game. The Pro is that you are gaining some burst from Trinity Force and the ability to not let anyone escape.
