Talon is actually quite easy to master. He requires some speed and a high ad for his ability combo burst. His basic combo is to use noxian diplomacy first (this may alert a smart enemy so it may be used second) and then cutthroat to teleport to an enemy. Now this can go a few ways. If its a single enemy they will usually back off a bit then you use rake to slow them and keep hitting them for a kill or run off or whatever. If you used cutthroat into the middle of a group you can then rake them to slow and go on to use shadow ***ult to either run away or attack if you have back up.

You want to slowly build ad up as well as maxing out rake fast. you want to use this ability when enemies get near to slow them early on, letting an allie hit some extra damage. As you progress through the build your burst combo will begin to hit alot.

My build finishes with a bloodthirster. This could be changed with a thornmail if the enemy team has a character with high ad/as, allowing you to 1v1 them successfully. Overall you will have a build with a high hitting ability burst. The best technique it to run around the bushes and pop out into a gank or 1v1 with cutthroat and use your combo. It gives much greater effect overall.

The best way to farm with talon is using rake on minion waves. Starting out it wont hit that much but you can finish them off then it but later on you can take out a whole wave with one use of rake.
