My first build this so please comment and tell me what you think, and if u want me to add another chapter and such =)

I build Talon this way becaus of the high dps wich also get rake up for more dmg, movement speed and crit for easy killing early and late game.

For this build I choose Exhaust for catching up to enemyes or escaping, same with Flash great for catching up, or fleeing =)

I also like to use Ignite for securing a kill great skill on Talon!

I choose an standard 21 offencive and 9 deffencive. I choose deffencive Masteries beause of early game talon is kinda squicy and I want to stay in lane as long as possible before having to go back or die..

9 armor pen Marks >> for more dmg output in early game
9 attack speed Seals >> chopping down enemy champs faster
9 cooldown Glyph >> for using my abilitys more often
3 healh Quintessence >> To stay inn lane longe early game

Talons passive is mercy, he does 10% more dmg to targets that is slowed and such.

I max out rake as soon as possible because its a his best skill in my opinion and it looks awsome ;) the great thing about rake is that the more dmg u have to more dmg your rake does, I get tons of kills with rake, hence "Rake Rape"

I put Noxian Diplomacy as my second skill, and max this out second for more dmg output

The most important thing about Noxian Diplomacy is that you use it right after a basic attack for more dmg output cause it resets your attack

At level 4 I put Cutthroat, this is a great way to attack an enemy u flash behind them and silence them.

Get your Ultimate when you can: 6 - 11 - 16

Shadow Assault is a great ultimate, sends out lots of blades wich do dmg on way out and inn. Also Talon gains movement speed and stealth! The blades stay out a few seconds but you Can make them come back to Talon at once simply attacking an enemy.

When attacking enemies i engade with Cuttroat, basic attack, directly followed with noxian dipomacy, then use rake where enemy is running, and pop your ultimate, this should kill most of champs in lol. if not keep hitting them with "ND" and rake for a mass rape ;)

My Item build is quite aggressive, but thats how i like to play and it works!

I like talon with some lifesteal, longer lane time more minion kills, you can of course buy the Vampiric Scepter as your 3 item after boots and healt potions, thats up too you.

Frozen Mallet is like its made for Talon, because every attack u slow target enemy champ and mercy deals extra dmg

When talon has this high crit and dmg output u can easy kill enemy champs in just a coupple of seconds, depends of how fast your fingers work ;)

But if u are feeling that u dont have enought health, armor or mr, feel free to change out a item for more comfort ;)

If I would change an offencive item for a deffencive item I would take out Youmuu's Ghostblade and change it for Banshee's Veil..

I use only basic attacks and rake for farming minions and nuteral creeps, unless there is a super minion or i need blue or red buff fast!

I have seen alot of people use Cutthroat on farming minions this for is useless!!

The only reason I use Cutthroat on minions is if a enemy champ is out of range to use it on him, so you can close the gap between yourself and the champ.

You will most likley get targeted fast cause of your high dmg but your job is to go behind the tank/tanks and take down their carry.

Is important that you focus 1 enemy at a time for securing kills and helping your team.

Talon can engade a fight but it is risky! Allways let your tanks take first hits and go for their carry's
