The only problems you're going to run into are armor and magic pen dps with high attack damage, and damage based on life attacks. But since Malphite and Ramus both get ways to slow enemy attack speed with this build, and Ramus and Shen have taunt and increased damage reduction, it should be fine. Unless of course you can't build up your gear fast enough.

Looks extremely interesting. I'd love to give this a shot sometime. I'll report back with results if I can. ^_^
