To be honest i slightly agree with gnx and SixSonatas to be a tank Lux really needs more armour becuase like SixSontas said all her HP will go in seconds and the runes are a bit confusing and could use changing. But i actaully tried this build and it actually works very well she can hold the middle lane very easily and she can take a lot of punishment, even if she does get low on hp she can use exhuast and her Lucent Singularity and then run for cover. The high AP is extremely good as she can pretty much own any champion in seconds and ganks are also a waste of time on her because she can crush them easily with her high AP and HP. Good build overall

Really though, HP isn't going to do you any good. Building armor/MR sacrifices too much damage and so Lux really doesn't suit the role of a tank caster.

Actually, I just think that voting a build down because of how it looks on paper is stupid. If it performs well in-game, what does it matter what it looks like on paper? At least try it before rating it down. And yes, it is hybrid tank.

Well, where should I start? Your runes doesn't make any sense at all, and your mastery build is a mystery. If you would play her as a tank, then go 9-21-0. I can agree that she can take alot more damage this way but still doesn't make any sense. And if you would play her as a hybrid tank/assasin/killer that I think the idea was from the beginning, then change the heal for ghost or flash. This is nothing against you, but I usually laugh at ppl with heal.

Very curious - will give it a try. I would change your combo up a bit though to be Lucent -> Binding -> hit -> det binding -> hit -> ult - you can get all those off very quickly if timed right and you add an extra passive hit with the extra auto-attack
