Introduction

Talon- The Blade's Shadow.
First off Talon is one of my favorite champs. He can hit very hard and have very good survivability if you play him right.

Runes

These runes will allow you dish out quite a bit of damage while having good survivability, no matter who you are playing against.

Masteries

I personally like the set up of 22/0/8. It works quite well, I wouldn't recommend getting Deadliness and Lethality because Talon does not really focus on getting attack speed so it's not really worth getting those to miss out on getting Havoc.

Items

Items, most of you are probably wondering why in the world would i build this, ill tell you why. First off his passive is quite amazing. (Talon deals 10% more damage with his basic attacks to any target that is slowed, stunned, immobilized, or suppressed.) If you get the frozen mallet most of the time he will hit 10% harder. You don't want to keep the brutalizer for too long because its mostly only used for early-mid game so your gonna want to sell that before you get Warmogs. I like to get the Phantom Dancer last just so i can have some decent attack speed for my life steal.
