Introduction
Garen is NOT a Fighter. He is a Tank. Try to defend your Team in the Late game, and dont rush in. Garen is not a Killing Machine, he's a Closley Unbreakable Wall.
His Spells are very Strong in Early Game. His Ult is very Useful to Finish an Low Health Enemy, or to Take some Life from the Enemy Tank away. Never waste his Ult! The Cooldown is pretty High!
Warmogs Armor gives you 1000 HP and the Bonus to Regenerate 1% of your max. HP every 5 Seconds. This together with your Passive makes your Health Regen pretty high.
Garen will regenerate 0.4% of his maximum health every second if he has not been hit with an enemy ability or taken damage from any source (excluding minions) in the last 9 seconds.
This is Useful if you don't want to Backport (if your Team needs Help and is far away). Just Get in a Bush and wait a few Seconds to Regenerate quickly.
Q - Decisive Strike
Garen breaks free from all slows affecting him and gains 35% movement speed for a few seconds. Additionally, his next basic attack within 4.5 seconds will Deal additional physical damage and will silence his target.
Use this to Chase an Enemy Down, or to Escape from an Enemy. In a Teamfight, Try to Silence the Strongest of them, so he can't cast a Spell for a Short Moment.
W - Courage
Garen gains a defensive shield for a few seconds, reducing incoming damage by 30% and granting 30% crowd control reduction for the duration. Also, his Bonus Armor & Magic Resistance are increased by 20%.
Use this in a Teamfight or in a Escape to take a bit Reduced Damage. Skill this alot in early Game if you've planned to play Defensive Garen.
E - Judgment
Garen rapidly spins his sword around his body for 3 seconds, dealing physical damage each second to enemies within range. Minions take 75% damage from Judgment. Garen ignores unit collision while spinning, but moves 20% slower when traveling through minions. After 0.5 seconds, Garen can reactivate Judgment to cancel it early.
Use this in a Teamfight to Damage all the Enemies around. You can also use this to Farm Minions in Late Game (it's not very effective in early Game). If an enemy is close to you and Might kill you, you can also activate this to make him go away from you.
R - Demacian Justice
Garen calls upon the might of Demacia to attempt to execute an enemy champion, dealing magic damage plus additional damage based on his target's missing health.
Always Use this in Early/Mid Game to Execute an low health Enemy Champion. In Late Game you can also Harras the Enemy Tank if he's about Half Life. But try to use this as an Execute Spell.
Also, this is my First Guide, and I know it's not Perfect. The Content might not be your taste, but please don't tell me what to change on the Items/Masteries/Runes etc. If you don't like my Build, go to a different one. It's not that hard.
