Exhaust is nice to slow enemies your chasing or who are chasing you. Teleport will be useful in secret ganking you have a teammate buy a ward and carry it with them and place it where they want you to come in for a gank and you teleport to the ward and gank unsuspecting enemies this is nice in bushes if the enemies are not there to see you teleport in. If you do not like this way of play then trade teleport for flash for escaping.

Even if u go jungle this build works. You have hp and some great hp regen mixed with magic damage for hungering strike and some magic defense. You get a bit of extra life steal from the bloodthirster and some AoE for quick clearing minions and damaging all enemies in team fights. With the coupled life steal and a vampire scepter at the start there is no need to buy pots at the start including laning or jungling.

You want hungering strike to open up as an extra means for healing followed by your hunters call then grab a point into blood scent to help chase enemies down. You want to max hunters call asap as its great for you and teammates in team fights or if you want to take a tower. As always you want to max your R anytime you can. the R is very useful in teleport ganking when an enemy goes through the warded bush into the next one you teleport to the ward and when they come back u jump on them before they know what hit them.

This particular build is for Jungling as we like the 20% longer lasting buffs, but if you want some extra attack trade the 9 utilities for the 4& CD reduction and add 1 ponit to summoners wrath and put 4 points into blast.
