Hello there this is my Attack Speed Healing Taric build. The point of this build is to be able to heal as much as you can and for as much as you can I do this by capping out cooldown reduction early. Getting attack speed and ability power items, then just going to straight ability power. Enjoy! :)

For my runes I got with attack speed marks, mp5 seals, flat cdr glyphs (expect for one is AP), then flat AP quints. The marks are just so that I can reduce the cooldown on my heal while i autoattack and as I autoattack I regen mana so win win. But the mana regen just from my autoattacks is not enough, expecially in combat so I use mp5 seals. Flat cdr glyphs combined with my masteries give 15.2% cdr plus a nashor's tooth which is 25% so that's 40% cap. My quints and the only AP glyph are just for extra early game healing power.

I choose these masteries for maximum cooldown reduction and gp5 so that you can support more.

The item sequence is built so that you buy philo stone to farm up gold so you can max your cdr right away with nashors tooth probably the best item for this build cause of the cdr. Rageblade in next in line because with the attackspeed bonus it also gives u bonus AP to hit harder with heals and more ad which means more mana for you each hit. Then after you get some attack speed, max cdr and some AP its time for deathcap and rod of ages then finally guardians angel for defense replacing philo stone. And I know getting Rod of ages in late game is a bad idea but crystal specter would be a waste because the only slow you would get from it would be tarics aoe which would only slow 15% plus the mana is needed and the health. The only reason why it isnt the first or second item is because Nashors tooth and Rageblade are so much better items for this kind of a build.

Summoner Spells

I go with Flash and exhaust with this build just because you are a support but you also need farm so dont go with cv or else they will think that you are going to go buy wards all game. DONT BUY WARDS WITH THIS BUILD YOU NEED THE GOLD. If you dont know why flash and exhaust are superior to the other in combat summoner spells go to forums pls.

Yes this is a support build. No you do not buy wards. The meta is not always right it is a good way to play by but just do not buy wards with this build. And yes you do need farm. You should have some gp5 if you follow this so you should be fine. Youll pay off your philo stone in 19 minutes after buying it if you use this build so just farm and youll be fine.
