I chose these runes because that it forces him through the game easy take the hp so he will not be so squisy in the early game.
in fandt armor and magic resist runes so he does not become so squisy end game.
in fandt the magic pen s�¥ han give a bit more dmg

i took heal so then he don´t have any mana back he can survive a bit longer and maybe survive.
i took the cleans so if he get traped he can run away or continue the fight.

one of the best ways to farm with taric is to use shatter.

i start buying heath ruby so he don´t get squisy in the start and can help your teammate insted.
