Well, all you need to do with this build is follow as it is and execute perfect team fights.
It's hard for the enemy to counter you during team fights, because this build ensures a big amount of enemy team lock and damage taking. Ofcourse I will tell you how to work it best.
First of all develope your champions to the maximum with the items build given, ofcourse you can fight during that time as well, dependable on your skill you will make a perfect match. Next one is the team fights. Make sure Galio jumps with his ultimate first, but followed immidiately by Nunu's and Fiddlestick's ultimates, afterwards shen comes to taunt any enemies left and assist his allies when needed. Let's not forget Olaf, his role here is to farm the jungles and gang when needed, and in team fights - to bring more dps or finish any remainig enemies.
