Laning Stage

With Singed you have a great laning champion. Just let them push a little and then pop your fling to put them in tower range for the easy kill. You should probably duel lane because fling works really well with a stun (which Singed does not have).

Pro's/Con's

Pro's:

-Tanky
-Can disrupt teamfight with fling
-Good damage for how tanky he is

Con's:

-No CC
-He annoys people

Items

Mana Crystal: Lets you farm with poison trail all day.

Boots of Swiftness: Every Singed needs these. You need to move fast as Singed.

Rod of Ages: Also standard Singed item. Gives you everything you need. Health, mana, and AP.

Sunfires Cape: Your poison is already doing good damage to enemies around you so why not add more damage per second to people around you with the sunfire cape =D.

Rylia's Crystal Sceptor: Gives your poison a slow as well as giving you AP and health.

Rabadon's Deathcap: Makes your poison eat up everybody. With squishies you can just fling ad poison them and they're almost dead already.

After this you get whatever you want. Thornmail against lots of AD damage, Zhonya's if you want more damage, or banshee's veil against AP.

Mid-game

B mid game you should be pretty tanky and still be able to dish out large amounts of damage. You can disrupt a teamfight with fling and then run around killing everybody with your poison.
