At first glance you may be like "OMG WHY SO MUCH ARMOR PEN" I'll tell you, negative Armor is awesome. Increases your damage and people wont realize why you are killing a tank in 5 hits.

Auto attack for the win!
Kills whatever they build!
Strong early, mid, and late game!
Zip around the map.
Good farmer.
Blind for defense.

Have to Practice escape with Move Quick

Marks:
Armor Penetration- raises you Armor Penetration and its what this build is for.
Seals:
Critical chance percentage- you critical hit more often and for more because they will have negative armor
Glyphs:
Magic Resist- early survivability.
Quints:
Attack Speed- more attacks quicker which makes them deader faster

Berserker's Greaves- More Attack speed which makes you attack faster stronger better

Stark's Fervor- Everything about this item is AWESOME

Black Cleaver- Attack Damage, Attack Speed, Armor Penetration enough said.

Youmuu's Ghostblade- Attack Damage, Armor Penetration, Critical chance percent, and an active that puts you almost to cap Attack Speed. Cool Down Reduction is a bonus

Infinity Edge- Attack Damage, Critical chance percentage, no armor makes your critical hits harder which means 50% more damage is AWESOME.

Last Wisperer- Attack Damage, and what makes tanks cry 40% Armor Penetration

Unless planed do not try for an early kill. STAY ALIVE, last hit minions, and only leave your lane if you are out of health pots or you have 2137+ gold, so you can buy your Emblem of Valor and Brutilizer

Lvl 7 get the Red buff and go for a gank. Continue last hitting.
Get you gank on! Positioning yourself is important with this build get behind them and watch them die.

NEVER START COMBAT!!!
1v1 you can hold your own but travel with friends.
If at all possible enter combat from a side and go to town.
