You will get the similar items on similar champs, so a description why use something not something on this champ is the data ppl are looking for.
Runes are minor upgreades, and any person that is more or less expirienced know what to pick. In game you will get eventualy all skills @ max so just pure spamming builds without ANY description is just lol.

No ****? Thx mate... i realy wondered why my mushrooms planted on my respawn area are not damaging our enemies. \o/ now i know i have to plant them on my ENEMY RESPAWN, thx realy... now time to suecide rush to enemy base to plant mushrooms!
