Usually people play teemo ap/ad but, playing 3 games in a row with this new build got me 40-12-21 38-9-20 and 29-18-13 I decided to share my build. This build makes teemo to his full potential I think.

Teemo's a pretty squishy champion so I suggest putting him up top or down bot. If the enemy has a champ like karthus or someone squishy as him than go mid. Early game spam mushrooms everywhere. Late game put them in key places that help you escape or in key bushes in the jungle used to recall in such as the mini bush by dragon/baron.

Teemo skill sequence is easy
Spam Q
Chase/Run with W
Once you have lich bane your q combined with normal attack will hit massive damage.

Teemo has some pros and cons
Pros
Mushrooms pick off random kills.
Good damage output.
This build can outwit tanks unless they build a lot of mr and armour.
Easy to escape death.
There are more I'm trying to keep to the main points.
Cons
Easy to kill before rylais.
Banshee veils can get through a mushroom or a blind.
If he doesn't have flash he cant escape a 1v4-5 very easily.

I think you have to get flash as one to get out of combat but, ignite can be swapped for teleport or exhaust.

I don't recommend ghost, rally, revive etc because they are pretty much useless but, teemos w is just as good as ghost so why would you waste and summoned spell if you have the same thing.

I don't think teemo would be a good jungler but, if he is tell me a build in the comments. I haven't tried it though happy to see responses.

I think teemo is a well built character except squishy early game and he is my favorite little midget and for best results pick this build it brings out teemos damage output and his true self. Remember...on my first try with this build.
