So this is my guide to Teemo top lane. This build has allowed me to go positive in every game I have ever played with this build. The average kills I get with this build is 13.4 (In the last 10 games I played with him). So it's real ****. Follow it, don't question it, and play smart.

These runes are just standard AP runes, if you prefer another set of AP runes feel free to go on ahead and use them. Just make sure it has some AP and Magic Pen.

These are just some simple masteries that mostly take advantage of Teemo's AP scales, but they do provide some nice Armor Pen and Magic Pen along with it to make it seem like it has a bit of extra burst.

This is probably the section that people question the most about it, people I show this build to say "But why 3 dorans blades to start? That makes no sense!" Well trust me, if you build 3 dorans blade at start and don't act like you are Iron man then you should be okay. You want to keep these 3 dorans blades for as long as you can, so don't tell them all just to get your nashors tooth or something stupid like that. Keep them, until your little yordle hands can't hold them anymore.

Spells are just some standard stuff. You can play around with the ignite part though. Barrier works fine, Ghost is okay if you feel like kiting a lot, hell, if you feel like split push Teemo grab Teleport!

Pros:
- Farms well
- Lot of burst
- Nukeshrooms

Cons:
- Squishy
- Not amazing early game but not terrible
- No AoE besides shrooms.

This build strives in being able to out farm and out harass your opponent to ****. There is a good chance you are playing someone that is a melee in top lane, so whenever they go up for a creep, blind them, shoot an auto attack or two at them, but know your limits. Giving up first blood is very easy when played wrong, but taking it is even easier when played right.
