I chose heal because teemo can be very squishy and you always will need heal Clarity i chose clarity because teemo can be a mana wasiter so you will always need that even when he is on low health and you don't have the manna to use the q BOOM there you go you got your mana back

The mastries you always wana trie and get some ap and attack speed and some little other minor stuff but for teemo focus on ap and attack speed thats why i did 27 3 0

YOU ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS wana get teemos posion skill first and level that up as fast as possible but you have to have every skill at least once before it is lvl 5 and his q is the second important that will help you alot when trieing to kill someone. His w helps him get away and gets places faster so that will proabbly be the last thing to level up. NOW!!!!! his r is way to important so lvl that up every chance you got say like and jungler is on other team about to gank you BAM!!!!!!1!!!!!!! a mushroom explodes in his face then he can't do anything then you will either safe or you will kill him before he gets away

Teemos runes can almost be anything but if you want him nice and strong get some ap attack speed and armor and so and so

NOW to make his shots stronger if you get the wizards hat you will be almost unstoppable then for the hourglass and that will be MORE POWERFULL IT WILL BASICALLY WITH DO A QUATER OF THERE HEALTH WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then if you want get the bloodthrister just for lifesteal so you can stay in the lane longer
