Diana
Diana is the hardest counter for Talon. Diana excels Vs melee champions. My advice is to farm up to her and wait for your jungler for ganks. Don't try to 1VS1 with her

Introduction
I'm Troi and I'm a Diamond player. I've mained Talon for over 2 years now and have made it to number 200 Talon in the world a few months ago, wherafter it deteriorated to rank 700. I hope you will learn from this and can one day play vs me on the Euw servers.
Enjoy ur stay!

Talon has a simple skill sequence when engaging. However there are 2 way to engage.
The first way is by activating your
Youmuu's Ghostblade followed by casting Cutthroat on your enemy. Then use your basic attack and your
Tiamat active and then cast your
Noxian Diplomacy. Then use your
Rake and use another basic attack. Then finish it off by casting
Shadow Assault. Use it again if the enemy isn't dead yet or stay invisible and run away if needed.
The second way is by activating your
Youmuu's Ghostblade followed by your
Shadow Assault. Then walk up to the enemy and cast e on him and use the skill sequence as explained above. The advantage of this engage is that the enemy wont see you coming and will react slower than when they see you coming.

Team fighting can be hard on Talon. You wanna burst the enemy carries, but you dont wan't to die. In order to succeed in this you want to stay at the backline of your team. When the teamfight starts, you generally want to wait up a bit untill some of the biggest cc has been used. At that moment you engage on either the ap or ad carry. Generally you want to focus the ap carry in early and mid game and the ad carry in late game due to the fact that most ap carries build an hourglass.
There are alot of things to keep in mind during a game with Talon.
First of all: Talon is very weak pre-six. You always wanna farm up tot lvl 6 and try to get your
Tiamat as soon as possible. From lvl 6 onwards Talon will start to shine. One of the advantages of Talon is his extremely nice roaming potential. Try to abuse this. Keep in mind to always push shove up your lane to the enemy turret before you start roaming so you will not lose your turret.
Talon can split-push relatively safe without wards and has amazing waveclear when
Tiamat and
Youmuu's Ghostblade are finished. If your team is behind and you still wanna pressure you could try to splitpush in order to get your team back into the game.
Talon has extremely nice catching potential. If you know the enemy adc is farming on it's own you can go to him and finish him off using the 2nd form of engage I talked about. Catching potential is relative however due to the fact Talon can only kill squishy's fairly easy.
