Master Yi Build

This is my guide to Master Yi. I have played a lot of games with him, and I have changed build damn near every time. But, this is my favorite build. And I tend to go about a 4-1 kill-to-death with it. And I apologize for how ****ty this guide may look. It is my first one, and I'm not sure how to make it look fancy.
I find that going with armor pen marks, mana regen per level seals, flat CDR glyphs, and movespeed quints works really well. It gives you early game mana which you will need to spam your Alpha Strike, and once you get basic boots, you will be hauling ***. You can turn on highlander and really get places.
I use a standard 21-0-9 for improved ghost, spell pen for Alpha, improved exhaust and all the damage that the offense tree can give.
This is where my build heavily differs. I see a lot of Yi's going for IE right off the bat. And that will make you a threat to any character with no defensive capabilities. But, with my build. You can pick any target, and demolish it, and then easily get away with your ample speed. We start with a longsword and a health pot, to get Madreds easier. And that will allow you to get red and blue buff constantly, (if you don't have a jungler.) and combined with Alpha Strike, you can really get a lot of creep kills. And I like getting Zeal before anything else because it really starts defining your role. It is everything you want. Get MBR and then another zeal. At this point you are a ****ing cannon and can easily kill tanks, (if you have red). I get 2 zeals because it gives more movespeed than one PD. Grab your Pd, and then get Ie. Your damage is really good now, so, finish your second PD, and get your Bloodthirster. I get lifesteal last because I don't really need it. You should be recalling a lot, because of ganks, and lots of creep kills.
Ghost and Exhaust are my two favorite. Exhaust is to help early game, and to ensure kills against other carries. Ghost is useful all the time, combined with your ult, you can get in/out of any situation.
Your role as Master Yi, is to pick a target and kill it. You excel at ganks and can do it very well. In teamfights, you should wait for the initial round of cc's, and then you Wuju, Alpha, Highlander their biggest threat, Janna, Annie, Corki, MF, Panth, the squishier...the better. Well, I hope someone gets some usage out of my guide. And enjoy running around at lightspeed. And as a sidenote, AP is not the way to go. Yes, you can melt with Lich's and your passive, and yes Alpha Strike does tons of damage. But, you do not have the chase ability and the sheer reliable damage that this build has.
