Hi i'm the fiery cauldron . I bestow upon you the mighty voodoo poison pair . why have them pair you may ask ? simple , teemo has a FREE poison whilst cassiopia has a truckloadofdamage-spam ability that refreshes cooldowns if the enemy is poisoned .

The masteries as u can see for cassiopia is because her main skill (e) is scaled on ap so she shall be ap with no doubt . Teemo on the other hand needs to be ad/dps why ? cuz u need the repetetive pioson so that cassiopia can spam . and if he is dps why not add a little bit of damage .

runes for casters are simple really but i took fortitude seals because of cassiopias squishiness at the beggining . Teemo too has it for the same reasons .

pros : annoying as hell ,
easy first blood if played properly
easy to farm and harrass

cons: squishy as jelly
cant sustain much long without mana
pushed easy if not played properly

if u want to have fun and annoy people u hate this is for u . All i can say is that it maybe difficult to get used to but works out well in the end .
