You can disrupt his Q's with E and with Q you should be faster than him hitting with his Q's so don't be afraid to engage him especially if you have ignite.
You can play a bad joke on yourself when fighting with Darius, because if you are inside the safety of his Q and you use your E you will place him in the perfect distance for him to hit you with the edge, so be careful and don't let him stack his passive. Do short trades with your combo and leave immediately.
He just has too much health later in game and too much heal for you to win securely in a 1v1 so avoid frontal encounters, but in the range from 3rd to 5th level you have high chance of killing him.
Just need to activate E when she engages you with her wall jump and you will be fine.
When she ults use E to disrupt her(even if you disrupt her attack the tentacles will still hit) and use Q to run away. If she is behind you can use that movement speed to go around her and avoid the tentacles but it is very hard to do it perfectly so I don't recommend it.
Slippery little yordle, but if you don't let him jump away with your E he is dead. Don't let him do his 3 attacks on you for free.
If he jumps with stun at you just knock him back with E to get away and engage him with Q when he is defenseless.
Volibear relies on his throws from Q and disrupts from E so just run with Q if he comes with ult. Never fight while he is in ult!!!
I don't need to tell why this mini satan is a problem, but if there are no mushrooms yet engage with Q and if he uses blind wait for it before attacking so you can throw him behind and kill the little ... . After level 6 you will need Oracle's Lens and while chasing him you will look like a furry car from Tokyo Drift.
Easy to counter his dashes and perfect to counter if he wants to dash in your team to knock them up because of your E and ruin his engage and potentially the whole teamfight.
If you don't let him poke you for free with Q you should be alright because you do a lot of magic damage and most likely he will build ad at start, but later he will be hard to kill. The problem is his movement speed steal from his Q so make sure you activate your Q after he does it.
The true damage is a tank's worst nightmare and on top of that he does % damage too.
Your passive is nothing in front of his R.
Not a problem in the beginning at all, but if he stacks there is almost no way to kill him.
By all means dodge his Q's and you should go even against him. Be willing to use your Q for the movement speed and not just the engage. If he ults you knock him back with E and run in circles with Q until it ends.
Actually really easy to counter her but if you make even a slight misplay you are dead. When you go at her with Q she will almost always activate her counter so don't click on her but rather to run behind her so you wont activate your Q, and after the counter is done then you can go all in with Q+E combo.
When she dashes for farm stand near that minion and deny it with E.
When he activates his shield throw him with Q behind you so you can attack from behind the shield.
When you throw him behind you, you position him even better to use all of his passive attacks that are around him, also the ult is a nuisance. Try to use your E on his dashes and if you engage him with Q try to use the Q+E combo as fast as you can after throwing while walking backwards, he should stay at the same spot.
In the beginning you can just wait for his mana to run out and then attack for the kill, but later in the game it is really hard to catch him. Adaptive helm highly recommended.
A poker that you can't reach, here you will need help from your jungle or the only time you should engage is with your flash when you are sure you can execute him with Q+E and then W.
If he is on his mount and you do good damage, don't use W until he doesn't get of his mount. Be careful when engaging him while he is on foot because he can easily call his mount back while fighting so execute him with W before that.
If you get used to countering dashes you can go even with him, but his heals are a big problem.
You always jump in the whole enemy team to try and throw their champion that is carrying the game so her ult synergies perfectly with you.
Even from E if he is spamming his ult he can activate it so it is possible for the minor 5 man knock up if you have good teamwork.

With these runes you have damage, heal, and everything needed for dominating the lane, and be unkillable in team fights. Conqueror and Ravenous Hunter make a really good combo because they give surprisingly good heal that could go over 10 000 combined in a 30 min game. Cheap shot gives a nice small advantage with true damage to the mixed physical and magic damage that Volibear has. By reviewing my games with him it is almost 1:1 ratio to the magic and physical damage. And the items below gives the perfect balance to that ratio.
The most important tool to Volibear is his flash. It should be always used for engaging the ADC or the most fed and dangerous champion. When you get used to the E range, you can always catch them off guard and flash>E>Q> and then just go mayhem on him with ult, auto and W, almost always successful in killing the target.
This is one of the most aggressive styles that I know for playing Volibear and i prefer it from going with Aftershock.
1. The more obvious is to first throw your enemy with Q and use E while they are in the air for the bonus max health damage, also you should get used to the E range to help you chase targets easier, because you cant always reach with just Q so you slow them from max range E to reach them with Q.
2. Q is an attack reset so the best way to use it in combat is auto->Q+E combo->auto->titanic hydra, and when conqueror stacks use W for the kill and heal.
3. Activating R has a short animation, but you can evade that by activating Q and while in the running form the R wont have any animation, also it wont use any time to activate while throwing someone with Q, this can be crucial in an exchange.
4. The most underappreciated thing about R is that it can bounce on 8 targets, with means that even if you fight in lane with minions and the enemy champion flashes away, you can attack the minions and it will still reach and potentially inflict the fatal blow, because in a minion lane there are 6 minions or 7 with the cannon minion.
5. E is great and really important to use on dashing targets like Zac's jump, Lee Sin Q or dash, Tristana, Lucian and many more, that can change the current of the game.
