+15-90 HP (lvls 1-18)
Threats & Synergies
Save your W for dodging his E & Q. Once he misses, throw E in his face and Q. Once he's 6, you have to save your W to dodge his Shark or you'll end up as fish food.
Lux's threat is her Q, dodge it and you'll be guaranteed to win the trade. If you don't feel confident in dodging her Q, I suggest taking manaflow band to avoid getting one shotted post-6.
You should be able to almost always sidestep his Qs. Watch out for his Ult's shadow as he might try to go all in on you if he manages to land it on you.
No more obscurity means your chains reveals her now! Even throughout the root duration!
If she doesn't successfully proc her passives on you, she is useless. Save a W in case she ults. Otherwise, she can't really touch you.
Mirror matchup! May LeBEST win! <3
Lissandra's kit is meant to counter assassins. Although her damage isn't much of a threat, her ult can still give her & her jungler the opportunity to go all in on you. Plus, aftershock is simply disgusting. Just try to farm and roam when you can.
When Annie has her passive up, don't even think of going in with W. One stun + Tibbers will shred you.
Sidestep her Qs and Es especially the one that's returning as it deals True Damage. Once she misses her Charm, go all in on her. She can't escape unless she has her ult or Flash.
Do not try to do extended trades with him. Instead try to just Q > W > AA him. Always remember to dodge his stun as he'll follow up with his rocket shots and the turrets will be aiming you too. Other than that, he's not that difficult to lane against!
You can't dash out of his Event Horizon T_T but you can get out if you have the return pad though. Don't let him hit you too much with his Q or he'll be a real issue late game. Also, stay FAR away from him when you are low, his ult melts you. Might wanna get Cleanse if you think that you'll have trouble with his Event Horizon.
Don't let him get his Q too much on you and dash away if you get slowed by his wall. Also, back once you have health below 20% if he has his ult.
In laning phase, you should try to get your jungler to gank your lane as Malz does not handle ganks well, especially if he's pushing the wave (which most of the time he does). Get QSS if you're always targeted by him for his ult.
Respect her placement of her ball! Stay away from her ball as the damage hurts so much it's not even funny. She is super squishy though so if you try to all in her if she wasted her E, most likely you will win if she doesn't have her ult up.
You can dash through her Q if you're fast enough. Do note you will still take damage for dashing through her Q though. Be careful of her Passive bait too!
Annoying matchup for any assassins as her polymorph can wreck your combo entirely, set up for ganks on you and her Ult can bait you and cause the tide to turn against you instead.
You can pretty much dodge his skills but if any lands on you, it's gonna hurt balls.
Keep a close eye on his "Blood Rage" bar. When it turns red, back off till it finishes. Remember, your chains still roots him even if he uses his W which means you can do a Q > W > AA after that which should win you the trade.
Do not do an AA battle with her, just go in, combo, out.
You can dodge almost all of her spells and all in her when she exhausted all her spells. Keep a lookout for how many balls are on the ground if she has her ult up.
Roam as much as possible. He has a Magic Shield to negate some of your burst, which sucks. Also, don't get lured into W-ing into him as he'll most likely taunt you into AA-ing him and you'll lose the trade as he'll follow up with his Q and E.

Welcome, Deceivers! ＼(＾▽＾)／
My name is The Illusionist, and I main LeBlanc, The Deceiver... and no, this is not a lie. (￣▽￣*)ゞ Anyways, back to the Introduction... I have always embraced the style and uniqueness of LeBlanc and how she does not always need to rely on standard & repetitive combos to get her through. Her kit and playstyle makes endless possibilities of how you can manoeuvre her and juke your enemies senseless. It makes escaping really easy and fun and engaging fast and swift, while ensuring a kill. Do note that I am not an expert at her (not yet), but I believe strongly through my passion for this character, I can slowly (but surely) improve on her and I can also share my knowledge with anyone reading this guide now. ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ This is also my first time creating a guide so if you guys have any suggestion to make it better, I'm all ears!
Alright, that's it for the intro I guess...(≧◡≦)

DOMINATION HUNT AND ELIMINATE PREY
ELECTROCUTE Hitting a champion with 3 unique attacks or abilities within 3 seconds deals bonus adaptive damage. Electrocute provides LeBlanc with extra damage in her full spell rotation to ensure a dead squishy when she goes all in. Electrocute's CD has also been reduced, which means she can trade more often with Electrocute's damage in lane too.
SUDDEN IMPACT After exiting stealth or using a dash, blink or teleport, dealing any damage to a champion grants you 7 Lethality and 6 Magic Penetration for 5 seconds. It's quite obvious why we pick this rune on our Queen. "Duh. Her iconic ability?" Yes! Her dash activates this rune and to have Magic penetration everytime you dash is awesome! So take it! っゝω・)っ
EYEBALL COLLECTION Collect eyeballs for champion and ward takedowns. Gain an adaptive bonus of 0.6 Attack Damage or 1 Ability Power per eyeball collected. Upon completing your collection at 20 eyeballs, additionally gain an adaptive bonus of 6 attack damage, or 10 ability power. LeBlanc can easily stack Eyeball Collection as she excels at roaming and getting kills. The extra AP it grants just means higher burst damage! Another viable rune to take in this column would be Ghost Poro as it gives you vision of that brush for a whopping 300s, 120s longer than a normal ward. Plus, Ghost Poro runs off if an enemy champion steps inside the brush, which can immediately alert you that their enemy jungler is ganking.
RELENTLESS HUNTER Gain 8 out-of-combat movement speed plus 8 per Bounty Hunter stack. The extra movement speed this rune grants means LeBlanc can roam faster, escape faster, or get onto an enemy more reliably. Imo, it outperforms any other runes in this column especially after LeBlanc's revert, she no longer heals as much from Ravenous Hunter anymore.
SORCERY UNLEASH DESTRUCTION
Transcendence Gain 10% cooldown reduction at level 10. Each percent of CDR exceeding the CDR limit is converted to an adaptive bonus of 1.2 Attack Damage or 2 Ability Power. With the removal of The Ultimate Hat, the other viable rune to take is Transcendence. It provides you with 10% CDR. This means you can use Distortion more, which enables you to roam more, deal more damage, and escape sticky situations easily.
Manaflow Band Hitting enemy champions with a spell grants 25 maximum mana, up to 250 mana. Upon earning 250 mana, Manaflow Band restores 1% of your missing mana every 5 seconds. Mana is a big headache for LeBlanc as she's so mana hungry. I take this rune to help aid her mana issue. It's not much but it enables her to cast more spells without running OOM as fast.

MIRROR IMAGE (Passive) When LeBlanc drops below 40% health, she becomes invisible for 1 second and creates a Mirror Image that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds. When LeBlanc drops below 40% health, she becomes invisible for 1 second and creates a controllable Mirror Image of herself with 70 - 359 (based on level) less health that deals no damage and lasts for up to 8 seconds.
SIGIL OF MALICE (Q) LeBlanc projects a sigil, dealing damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds. Damaging the marked target with an ability detonates the sigil, dealing additional damage. LeBlanc projects a sigil, dealing 55/80/105/130/155 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds.Damaging the marked target with an ability detonates the sigil, dealing 55/80/105/130/155 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage.
DISTORTION (W) LeBlanc dashes to a location, dealing damage to enemies near her destination. For the next 4 seconds, activate Distortion again to return LeBlanc to her starting location. LeBlanc dashes to a location, dealing 75/115/155/195/235 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage to enemies near her destination. For the next 4 seconds, activate Distortion again to return LeBlanc to her starting location.
ETHEREAL CHAINS (E) LeBlanc flings an illusionary chain that shackles the first enemy hit. If the target remains shackled for 1.5 seconds, LeBlanc roots them and deals additional damage. LeBlanc flings a chain that shackles the first enemy hit, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+30% Ability Power) magic damage and granting True Sight of the target. If the target remains shackled for 1.5 seconds, LeBlanc roots them for 1.5 seconds and deals an additional 60/90/120/150/180 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage.
MIMIC (R) LeBlanc casts a mimicked version of one of her basic spells. LeBlanc mimics her most recent spell, casting it again.
Mimic Sigil of Malice: Deals 70 / 140 / 210 (+40% of ability power) magic damage and double damage upon triggering the mark. Mimic Distortion: Deals 150 / 300 / 450 (+75% of ability power) magic damage. Mimic Ethereal Chains: Deals 70 / 140 / 210 (+40% of ability power) magic damage and double damage upon rooting.-
In-Depth Skills Walkthrough
Firstly, I want to explain how LeBlanc's skills work.
In my honest opinion, I truly feel that LeBlanc's skills are definitely situational on when to level them, when to use them and when to combo them. When you are playing as LeBlanc, you definitely DO NOT have to follow strictly to these few combos I provide below at all. In fact, as you get familiar to LeBlanc's kit, you will realise you can actually change and make up YOUR OWN combos to counter your opponents by YOUR WAY!
HERE ARE THE HOLY COMBOS(not really)
AA ➛ Shatter Orb ➛ AA
-VIDEO TO BE UPLOADED-
☆⌒(≧▽° ) This is a poking technique used by LeBlanc players if they're low on mana or Distortion is down or not acquired yet.
Distortion ➛ AA ➛ Shatter Orb
-VIDEO TO BE UPLOADED-
☆⌒(≧▽° ) This is another poking technique used by LeBlanc players to farm minions while damaging enemy champions. High cost of mana though, use sparingly.
Distortion ➛ Ethereal Chains ➛ AA
-VIDEO TO BE UPLOADED-
☆⌒(≧▽° ) This is a great combo to use to plunge their hp down to at least 75% just by doing this! Use this especially if your jungler is coming in for a gank at your lane! The stun will enable you and your jungler to deal loads of damage to the enemy champion!
Shatter Orb ➛ AA ➛ Mimic ➛ Shatter Orb
-VIDEO TO BE UPLOADED-
☆⌒(≧▽° ) This is a great combo to make squishes cry out to their supports as it deals TONS of damage!! Credits to your Sigil of Malice!
Shatter Orb/ Distortion ➛ Ethereal Chains ➛ Mimic ➛ Ethereal Chains
-VIDEO TO BE UPLOADED-
☆⌒(≧▽° ) MAXIUMUM DAMAGE (I think...?) and perma root! Enough time for you and your ally to slaughter an enemy champion if you manage to land all your chains!
Distortion ➛ Mimic ➛ Distortion
-VIDEO TO BE UPLOADED-
☆⌒(≧▽° ) This is a common yet effective combo to use when escaping your enemies! When you do 2 Distortions, you should be able to distance yourself far enough from your chasing enemies! Should they somehow, be able to catch up to you, your shadow of the rose should be able to confuse them for a brief moment before they realise that they're fooled, and by then, it's already too late cuz you should have made your escape! This could even make them burn their flash just making themselves think that they can catch up to you! Oh joy~ Have fun spamming your "laugh" command while running away!~ (Even if you don't, your mimic will do it for you! XD)
TL;DR: I'm pretty sure these are just some common, simple and a minority of combos that can be used by LeBlanc's kit! Be creative, have an open mind and if you think of anything else let me know in the comments section! I will be glad to add in to this section of the guide and give credits to you! (of course!)
DORAN'S RING | HEALTH POTION (x2) | WARDING TOTEM
You WILL want to get ALL 3 items as your starting items for all 3 guides, Roaming/against AD/against AP as Doran's Ring provides you with sufficient AP, Health, Base Mana Regen and grants you a lil' mana everytime a unit is killed! Taking 2 health potions is sufficient to last you till the first back and taking it is VERY important for sustain!
First Back (Roaming Build)
THE DARK SEAL | BOOTS OF SPEED | CONTROL WARD
Like I mentioned earlier in the guide (if you've read the notes), The Dark Seal is an important item as you should be able to get Assists / Kills when you roam. Boots are a great way to get around the map quickly. Control wards are optional, however, if you have spare gold, get a control ward. It helps to keep an eye for what's lurking in the jungle to watch out for roams so you have enough time to back away from harm. Please also don't forget to buy potions if you find the need to help you have more sustain! Please DO NOT USE THIS BUILD (Roaming Build) if you are not getting average kills or assist or in situations where you are forced to stay in your lane. Use (Against AD)/(Against AP) builds instead!
First Back (Against AP/AD Builds)
AP> <AP | AD> <AD
NULL-MAGIC MANTLE | REFILLABLE POTION | CONTROL WARD
Using "Against AP"/"Against AD" builds help you to better sustain in lane based on the kind of damage your opponent deals. These 2 builds are also meant for LeBlanc to stay in lane for a longer period of time and lesser roaming (but not none at all!). Please DO NOT USE these 2 builds for opponents like Katarina, Yasuo, Syndra, Heimerdinger and champions with oppressive wave clear! You should definitely get mantle or armor if you are going for this "Against AP/AD" build and take either a Refillable Potion with you if you think you're gonna rely on potions for an extended period of time or just go with a small amount of Health Potions to help you sustain in lane. Control wards are still optional with these 2 builds.
MORELLONOMICON | LUDEN'S ECHO | VOID STAFF
These 3 items are the items that you should aim to finish ASAP regardless which build you chose to follow (Roaming/Against AP/AP). Morellonomicon would help LeBlanc GREATLY in terms of mana as she has issues in that area and that would enable her to juke and sustain in terms of mana longer! Luden's Echo boost LeBlanc's AP massively and gives her a boost in movement speed, which can really help her kite! Definitely an item that I would rush. If you find your enemies building MR, please build Void Staff ASAP! Probably rush this item right after you finish Morellonomicon and complete Luden's after.
Final Build (Please Read!)
SORCERER'S SHOES | MORELLONOMICON | LUDEN'S ECHO | VOID STAFF | GUARDIAN ANGEL |
ZHONYA'S HOURGLASS OR ABYSSAL SCEPTER
Sorcerer's Shoes is my pick as they provide 15MPen for more damage, plus 7.8 we get from our runes, we'll be doing some amazing damage!
Morellonomicon, Luden's Echo and Void Staff explained in the "Core Items" section above this!
As for Guardian Angel, I will want to take this before Zhonya's Hourglass if my team is reliable and will come to my rescue during the statis effect of the Guardian Angel so I know that it won't go to waste, even if I don't want to use its effect. **NOTE: This description may change due to patch 7.8/7.9(Mid Season) as this item will be REWORKED.
Zhonya's Hourglass should be taken on both "ROAMING BUILD" and "AGAINST AD BUILD" as they provide Armor against AD and a statis effect in cases where your life is on the line while roaming, it will come in handy.
Abyssal Mask is what you should take over Zhonya's when building on "AGAINST AP BUILD" as it gives you MR and a sweet passive that provides you to have an aura that causes nearby enemy champions around you to take 10% more Magic Damage!
MEJAI'S SOULSTEALER | SHOES | HEXTECH GUNBLADE | LIANDRY'S TORMENT | RABADON'S DEATHCAP | LICH BANE | ZZ'ROT PORTAL
Completing The Dark Seal by upgrading it into a Mejai's is a risky choice as people will target you first once they see you having this item! But no pain, no gain, they say. Only buy this if you have lots of stacks on The Dark Seal. If not, just sell dark seal away and buy standard items. Just remember to stay with your team and as much as possible, don't die.
Get a Mercury's Treads if the enemy team has LOADS of CC that will counter you hard.
Pick up Ninja Tabi if the team's damage mostly comes from AD dealers.
Hextech Gunblade seems to be the hype with LeBlanc now. I've never really tried a Gunblade on LeBlanc myself but it seems to have worked on Pro players so I guess you can try this item out if you are curious! Let me know in the comments about how it went!
Liandry's Torment can be used to replace Luden's Echo if desired as it does more damage to enemies than taking Luden's with MPen and if you do not need the speed boost from Luden's (according to @ LuxTheGreyWarden).
Rabadon's Deathcap is a very good item to consider taking as it SIGNIFICANTLY increases your AP which will let you deal A LOT MORE damage to your enemies! If you feel that you do not need as much MR or Armor or the statis effect from Zhonya's Hourglass or Guardian Angel than you need AP, take this instead to boost your overall AP by a HUGEEEEE amount!
Lich Bane is a powerful item but it is also dangerous as you, LeBlanc, is super squishy and you wouldn't wanna linger around the enemy champions for TOO long as it could risk your life. If you feel that you can actually use this item to its full ability then go ahead! After all, LeBlanc is a great escaper! I'm open to any possible ideas! :)
For Zz'Rot Portal, uhmm... I would definitely suggest taking this item if your team seems to have fallen apart but if there is still hope, split push and get this item to push the lane and blow their towers into bits! Not a great item to get during a cooperative team and teams who do great teamfights but possibly useful when hope is lost.
-- slowly but surely improve just like how I did. LeBlanc is NOT an easy champion to play, needless to say, even master! Just have fun on the rift and enjoy playing her! If you find that you dislike her playstyle, dislike her skills, dislike the way she works then you should find another champion you really love to play and spend hours practicing! It's no point practicing and maybe mastering something you dislike, the one at loss at the end of the day is no one but yourself. Once again, I'd like to thank everyone that has made it to this point of the guide and I appreciate the time and effort you put in to read my guide, I feel superrrrrrrrr honoured and I really hope you can leave a comment on points that you like about this first guide I've EVER made and points which I can improve. Also, feel free to leave personal comments in the comments section! I'd be more than happy to read every single one of the comments there!
Thank you so much once again guys for reading this guide and happy juking~! ☆⌒(ゝ。∂)-
