Chapter 1

tis a good day for a srs build.
tis a good day to be FABULOUS.

most of you guys are like wtf is he thinking. but fear not (im not coming) because i actually did some real work on this one. like seriously.

while it does look weird, i will explain right now it starts as a heavy harassing build and ends with equal parts damage and support.

Mastery's

Ok. so for starters i went with a 0/9/21 build.

in the utility tree, i took
1 rank of good hands
just filler really, you can take improved teleport or ghost instead.
3 ranks of perseverance
regens are really nice on this build. especially for your ultimate which you'll want to use a lot.
3 ranks of awareness
the other 3 filler points, you can spend these pretty much anywhere except in intelligence
4 ranks of expanded mind
this one works great with 2 of the items on the list. i'll let you guess which ones.
3 ranks of meditation
once again, dat mana regen.
2 ranks of utility mastery
keep that blue buff longer. you'll need it for some cdr. plus the mana is so nice.
1 rank of insight
this one is the last filler item. as i highly suggest taking clarity for early game i also highly suggest this.
3 ranks in quickness
while its not much movement speed, i don't really see much else important in this tree.
1 rank in utility mastery
probably the best final tier mastery, depending on your summoner spells.

DO NOT TAKE INTELLIGENCE. I CAN NOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH AS IT IS JUST 3 WASTED POINTS, YOU WILL ALREADY BE 10% OVER CD WITH BLUE BUFF.

for defensive tree, i took

3 ranks of resistance
3 ranks of hardiness
these 2 masterys combined give a nice little boost of survivability, its not much but its nice.
3 ranks of strength of spirit
once again something nice for some survivability, as you won't be having dodge stats at all evasion/nimbleness is pretty useless. and besides you will have a huge pool of mana.

in offensive, i put

0 ranks of everything
sorry i'd rather have a little bit of survivability instead of a little damage output.

Runes

my runes are set up for magic damage/caster, starting with

9 greater marks of insight
these bad boys add 8.55 magic penetration, a truly truly outrageous stat to have.
9 greater seals of replenishment
these add 3.69 mp5, the main reason i'm choosing flat over scaling this one time is that flat benefit early game, which is more mana dependent than late game.
9 greater glyphs of force
27.54 ap at lvl 18 from these 9 runes. not only do these add nearly 3 times as much ap as the flat ones, but they add even more with the zhonyas effect.
3 greater quintessences of force
23.22 ap at lvl 18, thats only 4.32 ap less than the 9 glyphs, but at the added benefit of being 1/3rd the ammount of runes.

once again NO COOLDOWN RUNES. YOU WILL ALREADY HAVE SOME RUNOFF FROM ITEMS AND BLUE BUFF.

Summoner Spells

ok just a little more to talk about before we get into gameplay and stuff. for summoner spells, i start by highly suggesting

i cannot stress how much this is needed for early game. this build utilizes a great deal of harassing fun from taric, and for his harass he needs mana. lots and lots of it.

i also suggest one of these 3 summoner spells for some kind of mobility.

i don't really think i need to say anything about those, pretty self explanatory. other than those mentioned i don't really think the other ones are that useful. of course you could always take cleanse if you needed.

GAMEPLAY

Early Game

at the start of the game you want to grab a meki pendant and 2 mana pots. it is also acceptable to grab a mana manipulator if your lane partner is having mana problems as well, but thats also what clarity is for, i think.

yes i mentioned lane partner, this build works best for a 2v2 lane, especially if your partner is a great harasser, like urgot or malphite for example.

as for skills in early game, start with a level in dazzle. then a level in shatter and then imbue. after that i take shatter at level 4 and 5 to do my harassing damage. obviously taking radiance at level 6. at level 7 shatter, obviously, and then at level 8 you can take either dazzle or imbue. at 9 it will be that final point of shatter

ok so now i'm going to explain how this build is harasser supreme. what you wanna do is dazzle an opponent, run up and shatter, then maybe hit them once before you turn and run away like a little ******. while waiting for cooldowns, it is best to hit minions to generate mana from your passive. when cooldowns reset, repeat the dazzle shatter combo.

oh, i havn't mentioned this yet but be sure that your team understands that you won't be putting that many points in imbue until later. that ***** important.

on your first trip back to base, it is imperative that your meki pendant gets upgraded to a tear of the goddess, because it upgrades to an item that is the cornerstone of this build. if you have money left over you can get either a mana manipulator or you can get your boots.

Mid to End Game

i couldn't stretch end game out to its own section. :(

ok, this is when team fights start to happen. item wise you should have sorc shoes, archangels, and possibly that mana manipulator.

what you're going to want to build up next is either

a) a second archangels
b) a shurelya's reverie
c) a soul shroud
d) a innervating locket. oh thats right some **** heads had to abuse the **** out of this item and get it removed from the game.

you will be getting all of these items. you may get them in any order you like, but YOU WILL have these items. if someone else on your team gets a soul shroud or a reverie, simply say **** you and get it anyway. after you grab all 3 of those items, you may take solace in your zhonyas. oooooh yeaaaah look at dem ap.

at this point, feel free to learn whatever skills you want, besides taking radiance at 11 and 16. if you want to focus more on damage obviously dazzle, or if you want more support take imbue.

i don't really think i need to give you much advice for team fights. other than heal your allies, dazzle your enemies, and then try to explode on as many enemies as you can.

oh one last thing, grab them blue buffs. you will want it so you can keep radiance up a lot, plus it maxes out your cdr.
