Because of the low CD on Rabid Bite and the 130% damage proc every time he does it. Also, the AS/Crit/AD/movement are all nice and with his W ability, there is a good chance to proc the other passive that slows them for 2.5 seconds.

Not gonna downvote the build but why trin froce? I see him taking better advantage of a frozen mallet for the more health and chaser. Trin force is nice but he doesn;t need the ap and he is pretty stable with mana late game.
